Corporación Fundalu
was founded in 1974 by Rolf Gengenbach, in charge
of the administration, and Joachim Berger, who controls all areas of production.
At the present time the company employs 80 people.
Die Casting
is the principal activity of the company, running cold
and hot chamber machines, with closing pressure ranging between 20 and
600 tons, enabling the production of casting weighing up to 5 kilograms
The nonferrous metals
used are the customary aluminum alloys, all produced
in Venezuela with local raw material, and zinc alloys imported under favorable
conditions from Peru, a producer of zinc.
Special alloys needed for specific products are also
available.
Machining and finishing
of the casting is executed in our specialized departments,
in accordance with the customer's requirements, and subject to the same
quality controls as we apply to the casting process.
Die construction and maintenance
is carried out by our die making shop which counts upon
the necessary machinery and is managed by a staff with decades of experience.
These resources are also available for redesigning of tools as required
by the customer.
Our quality control
of all dies, tools and casting, machined or finished,
is handled by highly qualified personnel, to meet the most exacting demands
of our customers.

parts, lighting fixtures, toys, sound equipment, bathroom accessories,

Export
of non-traditional items is our biggest challenge as
a Venezuelan company. Our consistent quality of service and production

wurde 1974 von Rolf Gengenbach, als Kaufmännischem
Leiter, und Joachim Berger, zuständig für den gesamten technischen
Bereich, gegrüdet. Die Belegschaft des Unternehmens besteht aus derzeit
80 Mitarbeitern.
Druckguß
bildet den Schwerpunkt der Produktion des Unternehmens.
Mit Kalt - und Warmkammermaschinen von 20 bis 600 Tonnen Schließdruck
können Druckgußteile mit Gewichten bis zu 5 Kilogramm hergestellt
werden.
Nichteisen-Metalle
die verarbeitet werden, sind die bekannten Legierungen
aus in Venezuela gewonnenem Aluminium und Zink-Legierungen, die wir preisgünstig
aus dem Ursprungsland Perú importieren. Wir verwenden auf Wunsch
auch spezielle Legierungen nach Angaben unserer Kunden.
Teilebearbeitung
erfolgt in unseren Spezialabteilungen gemaß den
Kunden Spezifikationen. Mechanische und Oberflächenbearbeitung unterliegen
derselben strengen Qualitätskontrolle wie der Gußvorgang selbst.
Formenbau und Instandhaltung
führen wir in der eigenen Werkstatt aus. Sie verfügt
über die notwendigen Maschinen und wird von Personal mit jahrzehntelanger
Erfahrung in diesem Bereich betreut. Sie steht auch für Änderungen
von Formen unserer Kunden zur Verfügung.
Qualitätskontrolle
aller Gußformen, Werkzeuge und Druckgußteile,
sowie deren Bearbeitung, wird von hochqualifizierten Mitarbeitern durchgeführt,
um strengsten Anforderungen unserer Kunden genügen zu können.
Referenzen
Unsere Kunden kommen aus den verschiedensten Industriebereichen
wie z.B. Büromöbel, Haushaltsgeräte, Autoteile und - zubehör,
Beleuchtungskörper, Spielzeug, akustische Geräte und Badezimmerausstattung.
Wir sind stolz, an der Herstellung von Artikeln international bekannter

La Fundición a presión
es la actividad principal de la empresa y se realiza
con máquinas de cámara fría y caliente, con presión
de cierre entre 20 y 600 toneladas, lo que hace posible la fundición
de piezas hasta de 5 kilogramos de peso.
Los metales no ferrosos
utilizados son las conocidas aleaciones de aluminio,
todas producidas en Venezuela, con materia prima del país y aleaciones
de zinc, que se importan en condiciones favorables del Perú, país
productor de zinc. También se pueden obtener aleaciones especiales
para productos específicos.
La mecanización y acabados
de las piezas fundidas se ejecutan en nuestros departamentos
especializados, de acuerdo con las especificaciones del cliente, y sujeto
al mismo control estricto de calidad de su fundición.
Matriceria y mantenimiento
Para la construcción de moldes y su mantenimiento
disponemos de la maquinaria necesaria y de técnicos con décadas
de experiencia combinada. Estos recursos también están disponibles
para las modificaciones de moldes y troqueles requeridas por el cliente.
Control de calidad
para moldes, troqueles y piezas fundidas, mecanizadas
y con tratamiento de superficie, está a cargo de personal idóneo,
acostumbrado a cumplir con las más exigentes normas establecidas
por nuestros clientes\
